On Wednesday, May 20, we’ve been invited to an opening day tour of A Palace in Time at the Skirball Cultural Center.

This joint exhibition by artist and actor Lisa Edelstein (House; Girlfriends Guide to Divorce) and artist Robert Russell offers an intimate portrait of Jewish life through memory, ritual, and personal history. We’ll enjoy a curator- and artist-led tour, with the opportunity to engage directly with both artists.

Together, their work explores the interplay of past and present, creating a contemporary “palace in time” where memory and intimacy coexist.

We’ll begin with brunch at 11:00 AM at Farmshop (Brentwood Country Mart), followed by a 1:00 PM tour at Skirball.
